Looking for a highly competent & experienced Test Manager with 20+ Years experience across Programme, Functional, Non-functional, Integration, & User Acceptance test phases.

Accustomed to being single point of contact for testing within an organisation, owning either large portions or the whole of the testing function. Extensive experience of working in difficult & demanding environments, dealing with challenging stakeholders & clients on highly complex multi-million pound programmes of work.

Commercially aware of delivery/stakeholder challenges, political issues & sensitivities which can arise when delivering a quality solution using on/off shore and/or virtual teams, within limited or fixed time & budget.

A competent & conscientious leader with excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills, the ability to influence decision-making and build confidence. Accustomed to working accurately under pressure to meet tight or fixed (legislative) deadlines.
